The aim of this blog is to talk to all the people, young or less young, student or not, that have difficulties in finding a job. This is a hard period for us, workers to be, who have to cope with endless stages, a perpetual training scheme and the indelible label "precarious" on our t-shirts.
On these pages we want to tell you our stories, to listen to yours and to suggest a "positive approach" to this situation.
We're firmly convinced that the actual work scenery is caused by rejection and fear for novelties. We're well-prepared, we're ambitious, we're enthusiastic and our strenght represents a problem for all those who want to "keep their chair".
But guys, don't give up.
We have to fight for our future and it is better to do it smiling.
